Arrival and Guest Services
    The Living Area This home has just been recently refurbished with high-end furniture and decor and is one of the hottest luxury rental houses in the area. The modern living area is complete with an upscale sofa and two contemporary armchairs, a simple coffee table and sleek flat screen TV on top of a stylish entertainment center. This mostly-white downstairs area is accented with pops of color and artwork and gives guests a clean and spacious place to relax. Set off of the living room is a cozy dining area. This corner spot features a sturdy oak dining room table and six chairs. Grab breakfast at The Original Pantry Cafe down the road and enjoy it at this round table. One thing you’ll love about this modern home is that there is plenty of seating to accommodate you and your friends, so everyone will always feel comfortable and connected but never crowded. The Kitchen The living room flows into the fully furnished kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops and every utensil and appliance you’ll need to make meals at home. The wood plank flooring, stylish kitchen backsplash, and chrome finishes all come together to create a sleek and sophisticated gourmet kitchen. The Bedrooms There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and it has private access out to an outdoor patio via beautiful French Doors. This bedroom has a Queen size bed with name brand linens, wood flooring, abstract art mounted on the walls, a mirrored closet, plush area rug, and bedside reading lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom, featuring a walk-in glass enclosed tile shower and single vanity area. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom is considered the master suite also has a Queen size bed, wood floors, simple yet elegant decorative features, high-end linens and private access out to a second story balcony. Sneak out onto this balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch LA wake up. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, complete with simple vanity area and a shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors. The third bedroom is much like its neighboring bedroom, with a Queen size bed and access out to second story balcony. This room is just steps from the third bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. The unique set up of this home allows 6 guests to live comfortably, and the three bathrooms means no waiting in line for showers in the morning!
Special Notes

All bedrooms are equipped with darkening shades for those to wake up naturally. Plenty of seating in living room and dining room for all to share and gather. Please Note: Stays of more than 30 days are not charged lodging taxes.
