    This spacious townhome has recently been built and refurbished to accommodate travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient California vacation rental. With three spacious bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and modern design elements, this two-story townhome is the perfect option for a comfortable California vacation. The open concept living room features a soft modern sofa, contemporary coffee-table, and 2 plush armchairs in front of a sleek, flat screen TV. Wood plank floors run throughout the house, and large windows throughout let plenty of light flow through. A small dining area is set off of the main living room and is complete with rectangular dining room table and seating for 5. The dining room transitions into a gourmet kitchen, which provides guests with everything they need to make meals at home. The open kitchen area features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and an elegant tile backsplash. A whisper-quiet dishwasher and industrial size sink makes cleaning up after lunch or dinner a breeze. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are cooking at home. From utensils and bakeware to wine glasses and Tupperware, this kitchen has it all. This townhome has three bedrooms, one of which is downstairs. The downstairs bedroom features a queen size bed with high-end linens, two wooden night stands with simple bedside lamps, and abstract wall art to add color to the room. This bedroom has private access out to a first-floor patio area, a spacious closet with mirrored sliding doors, and is just steps from the family bathroom. The family bathroom features a single vanity with chrome fixtures, plenty of plush towels, and a shower tub combo with sliding glass doors Upstairs, a second bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, offers guests private access out onto a second-story balcony overlooking Silver Lake. The white and blue color tones of this room create a calming vibe, and a dresser and ample closet space give guests plenty of room to keep their belongings organized. This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors. The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed and private access out to an outdoor second story balcony. Much like the other bedrooms, this bedroom features a private closet with sliding mirror doors and a dresser for optimal organization. The black and white color scheme of this room gives the space a clean and sleek look and makes the room feel bright and open. This bedroom is considered the master suite and has a private bathroom that features a walk-in glass-enclosed tub and elegant vanity area.
Special Notes

All bedrooms are equipped with darkening shades for those to wake up naturally. Plenty of seating in living room and dining room for all to share and gather. Please Note: Stays of more than 30 days are not charged lodging taxes.
