Arrival and Guest Services
    Living Area Inside, there are two levels of living space. You’ll find the spacious living area, cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The main living room features an upscale sofa and additional seating in front of a flat-screen TV. The black, white and gray color tone of the room is broken up with pops of color from accent pieces and abstract wall art. This living area is the perfect place for friends and family to gather for a movie night! Brand new wood plank flooring spans the entire home. Kitchen and Dining This home is designed for people who like to entertain, which is why guests will find plenty of space and seating in every room. The dining area is complete with a long rectangular table and seating for six directly off of the kitchen. Serve dinner family-style at this long table, and sit together to share your adventures of the day. The modern kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinets with chrome finishes, a cool tiled backsplash and beautiful wood plank floors. A top-of-the-line dishwasher and double sinks make cleaning up after a big meal easy and convenient. Bedrooms All three bedrooms are located upstairs, tucked away from the living areas. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed, two nightstands with bedside lighting, and a personal closet with mirrored doors. This bedroom has private access out to a second-floor balcony via sliding glass doors. This private outdoor terrace is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the quiet neighborhood come to life. The other bedroom on the second floor is the master suite. It also has a Queen size bed, covered with name brand linens and new mattress! This room has a white and teal color palette, and the wood floors and contemporary accents add an elevated style to this large room. This room has private balcony access and its own private bathroom. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled glass enclosed shower, elegant vanity area and double sinks under a modern vanity area. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is complete with a Queen size bed, personal closet with sliding mirrored doors, two distressed wooden nightstands, an additional dresser and large window overlooking the property. A family bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors, a simple vanity area, beautiful tile work, chrome accents and plenty of plush towels. This home has three bathrooms, so guests can unwind from (or get ready for) a busy day without having to wait in line for the shower!
Special Notes

All bedrooms are equipped with darkening shades for those to wake up naturally. Plenty of seating in living room and dining room for all to share and gather. Please Note: Stays of more than 30 days are not charged lodging taxes.
