Arrival and Guest Services
    The Living Area The living room is located on the ground floor and features brand new furniture, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. A stylish gray sofa is accented by two teal-colored armchairs, all set around a single coffee table and plush area rug. Locally inspired art hangs on the walls, and indoor plants add color to the crisp, white lounge area. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flow through, and the brand new wood plank floors gives the entire downstairs a sophisticated feel. A rectangular dining room table sits in a small alcove set right off of the living area and provides seating for six. This formal dining room is a great place to serve dinner family-style or sit together for breakfast in the mornings. The dining area transitions into the gourmet kitchen. The Kitchen This beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is finished with brand new appliances and all of the appliances and utensils you need to make dinners at home. Store your family’s favorite groceries in the custom cabinets, and chop, dice, cut, slice and prepare food on the expansive granite counter space. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a bright, modern kitchen backsplash adds personality to this cozy space. Guests will feel right at home working in this kitchen, as it provides everyday amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, gourmet knife set, and bakeware. Double sinks and a whisper quiet dishwasher make cleaning up after a meal a breeze. The Bedrooms All three private bedrooms are located upstairs. Each room has a Queen size bed and high-end linens, and windows in all bedrooms are equipped with black-out shades to allow guests to sleep in as late as they want. Bedroom 1 The master bedroom features a brand new Queen size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a private closet with sliding glass doors. This beautiful and spacious bedroom also features a private bathroom, complete with tiled bathtub with sliding glass doors and an elegant vanity area. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed, wooden dresser and nightstand set, abstract wall art and recessed lighting. Sliding glass doors lead from this bedroom out to a private, shaded, second story patio overlooking the street below. This bedroom also has a private closet with sliding mirrored doors. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and gray, white and black color themes throughout. This bedroom has a closet and dresser just like the other bedrooms and is tucked away from the main living areas for ultimate peace and quiet. This bedroom is just steps from the upstairs bathroom, complete with tiled shower with sliding glass doors, double sinks and expansive vanity area.
Special Notes

All bedrooms are equipped with darkening shades for those to wake up naturally. Plenty of seating in living room and dining room for all to share and gather. Please Note: Stays of more than 30 days are not charged lodging taxes.
