- Guests have access to a 4,000 sqft outdoor space, ideal for families and groups. Gathering around the café tables or large community table. Relax in front of the fire pit with lounge seating or have fun on the ping-pong table.
There is also an indoor amenity space available with a communal kitchen and a large table while there’s also a lounge with televisions plus an arcade game and a private conference room with a television. A high-end fitness room complete with basic equipment.
Please note that we strictly do not allow ANY PARTIES, GATHERINGS OR OUTSIDE GUESTS WHATSOEVER, apart from the ones registered (even if they're not staying overnight!). If you decide to experience a stay in one of our modern luxurious suites, we require that you respect the rules, the house, and the neighbors, keep noise levels down at all times and note that this is a strictly NO-SMOKING building. Also, while booking make sure to provide us with the full names and contact info of all guests - we need to have everyone registered for security and insurance purposes.
A $50 USD deposit will be collected prior to check-in for the fob. Please note the photos represent one of the 2 bedroom apartments we manage in this community. Each apartment unit has the same furniture, however the layout and size of the units may change slightly. For those in need of parking, you can rent garage space for $30 per night. There is also free bike storage available
